Fried Rice with Chinese Sausage Recipe (Com Chien Lap Xuong)

Fried rice (Com Chien) is the most popular food for many Asian children and a favorite comfort food for many adults. My very first attempt at making fried rice many moons ago was ... interesting to say the least. My teenager thought that the word "fried" in fried rice meant it had to be crisp. So, being the bright and beautiful girl that I was, best restaurant and bar near me I fried rice in a big pool of oil. I even crushed the rice with a spatula to make it even crispier.
It was not until much later (unfortunately) that I realized that I was wrong. With a little practice, I can now say that hanoi restaurant recommendations I prepare a wok of fried rice deliciously mellow.
Fried Rice with Chinese Sausage
Fried rice is my favorite dish when I run out of ideas for dinner or when I want the little ones to eat without worry. It's a simple dish, using leftover ingredients. For rice, it is best to use white rice a day. For meat, I use all the leftover meat I have on hand, such as roast pork or chicken. You can also prepare fried seafood rice by adding shrimp. I sometimes opt for canned SPAM if nothing else is available. Combine these ingredients with frozen vegetables, eggs and a little seasoning to get a quick and hearty meal.

I will now pass on my wisdom to the unpretentious people who enter the kitchen to make fried rice for the first time: the most important thing to remember when making fried rice is to make sure all your ingredients are dry. This means (1) using one-day-old rice that has been refrigerated. Do not be tempted to use fresh rice.hanoi restaurant recommendations It will not work! It will be too wet and you will end up with soggy rice. (2) Pay attention to the presence of water / ice in frozen vegetables. If you use frozen vegetables, be sure to thaw them completely or rinse them with warm water and let them dry completely before adding to the wok.restaurant open near me (3) Finally, cook the eggs before adding the rice. Otherwise, the humidity of the eggs will make the rice soggy. The sauteed rice is poop.
