Oven-Baked Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings

When I think of spicy Sriracha sauce, I usually think of Pho Bo or Pho Ga, the famous Vietnamese noodle soups to which I add Sriracha. Now Sriracha is everywhere and appears in the courts. You are no longer just a spice next to a dish. Asians have always eaten Sriracha, but now it finally gets the attention it deserves. It even has its own cult followers! How cool and scary is that ?! What is that magical sauce? Srirarcha is an Asian hot sauce made from chili, garlic, vinegar, salt and sugar. Aside from Pho, Sriracha is an absolute must in my dip sauce in Vietnamese pork and shrimp spring rolls and jicama and carrot spring rolls. Recently, I had them as a marinade on baked chicken (jumped onto the Sriracha train) and to my pleasant surprise, the fusion was unbelievably delicious and the flavor was incredible!
